WHO WE ARE
Appraisal Group of Charleston, LLC was founded in 2006 by Robert E. Mims, IV, SRA. Mims, a Charleston native and graduate of the Citadel, has accumulated over 13 years of experience in the appraisal and construction industries, is a Certified Residential Appraiser and a designated member of the Appraisal Institute.

George R. Evans joined the company in 2008 as a partner. Evans, a Charleston native and graduate of the University of South Carolina, has over 13 years of experience in real estate appraisal and sales, is a Certified Residential Appraiser and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.
