George R. Evans, a Charleston native, is a Certified Residential Appraiser and an associate member of the Appraisal Institute.  After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 1991, George spent nine years in real estate sales before deciding to become an appraiser.  George joined the Appraisal Group of Charleston, LLC as a partner in 2008.
